We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions (European General Data Protection Regulation &#8211; GDPR, Bavarian Data Protection Act \u2013 BayDSG). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To adequately protect your data during transmission, we use secure technical systems and other measures such as encryption. If the legal requirements are met, we will subsequently no longer process your personal data. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading h4\">Right to Withdraw<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may withdraw consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR). The lawfulness of data processing carried out on the basis of consent until withdrawal is not affected thereby. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading h3\">Operation of the Web Server<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you contact our web servers (for example, via app or browser), we automatically collect the following access data:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the page from which the file was requested<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the name of the requested file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the date and time of the request<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the amount of data transferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the access status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the description of the web browser type or operating system used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the IP address of the requesting computer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading h4\">Purpose and Legal Basis<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process the data in particular to ensure smooth use and maintenance of our platform, as well as to guarantee network and information security. Information of this kind may be statistically evaluated by us to optimize our platform and the underlying technology.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. e GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6 Para. 3 GDPR, Art. 6 Para. 1 BayDSG for the operation of our platform.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Recipients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THI only shares your data on a legally permissible basis or with your consent. Beyond this, no data is shared. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Storage Duration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data will be deleted no later than 90 days.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Provision Required or Mandatory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The provision of the aforementioned personal data is not legally or contractually required. However, without this data, the functionality of our platform is not guaranteed.
