This program aims to make sustainability practical \u2013 in the region, for the region.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectives<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Imparting business-related sustainability knowledge: Apprentices learn to identify levers of impact within organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building organizational knowledge for action and application: Participants are empowered to actively contribute to change processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrating practical sustainability into daily professional and training life: The goal is not just theory, but concrete implementation in the work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Target Groups<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Training companies:<\/strong> who want to train their apprentices in sustainability issues early on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trainers:<\/strong> who are looking for an introduction to corporate sustainability as facilitators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Apprentices:<\/strong> who want to engage with future-relevant topics already during their training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partners<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is embedded in the joint project &#8220;Mensch in Bewegung II&#8221;, implemented together with the Catholic University of Eichst\u00e4tt-Ingolstadt and THI.<br\/>Partners include the Kommunalunternehmen Strukturentwicklung Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm (KUS) and the State Vocational School 1 Ingolstadt.<\/p>\n\n<p
