The Future Navigator is a digital, free toolbox in the form of an interactive website that makes current trend developments visible, provides guidance in uncertain, volatile and complex times, and supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Region 10 in actively shaping their future.
The application is low-threshold and intuitive – ideal for companies that would like to address future-related questions and strategic foresight in a structured way with a manageable level of effort.
What does the Future Navigator offer?
At its core is an AI-powered chatbot that, as a personal “Trend Navigator”, analyses, researches and saves industry-specific developments. This creates a structured overview of relevant trends – in the region and beyond.
Building on this, a scenario game invites users to explore possible futures creatively and playfully. The insights gained can then be translated into concrete options for action for your own company using a Business Model Canvas.
This combination of proven foresight tools for reflecting on the business model and for strategic development represents a novelty for SMEs. What was previously largely reserved for large companies with their own innovation departments is now also accessible to SMEs: strategic foresight – scientifically grounded, practical and interactive.
