Logging
Each time the web server of Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt is accessed, relevant access data is stored. Depending on the access protocol used, the log record contains the following information:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- Date and time of the request
- Access method/function requested by the requesting computer
- Input values transmitted by the requesting computer (file name, …)
- Access status of the web server (file transferred, file not found, command not executed, etc.)

The stored data is used exclusively for the purpose of identifying and tracing unauthorized access attempts and access attempts to the web server. No other evaluation takes place. The logged data is stored for a period of three months and then deleted. The evaluation is carried out by employees of Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt.
