A qualification program for apprentices is offered within the joint project “Mensch in Bewegung II” (People in Motion II), funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), by the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (KU) and THI. This program aims to make sustainability practical – in the region, for the region.
Objectives
- Imparting business-related sustainability knowledge: Apprentices learn to identify levers of impact within organizations.
- Building organizational knowledge for action and application: Participants are empowered to actively contribute to change processes.
- Integrating practical sustainability into daily professional and training life: The goal is not just theory, but concrete implementation in the work environment.
Target Groups
- Training companies: who want to train their apprentices in sustainability issues early on.
- Trainers: who are looking for an introduction to corporate sustainability as facilitators.
- Apprentices: who want to engage with future-relevant topics already during their training.

The project is embedded in the joint project “Mensch in Bewegung II”, implemented together with the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt and THI.
